How we charge

- Monthly Invoice

At the end of each month we will send you an invoice. This invoice will list out the host payout and percentage we are charging; it will also include costs for:

  • Welcome packs for each stay

  • Refills for all toiletries, condiments, bin bags, and replacements of linen towels etc.

  • House turnover cleaning fees

  • Any maintenance bills if we have had to call out electricians , plumbers or gardeners in the month

 

*Please note as a registered company we are obliged by law to charge VAT, no exceptions.

- Initial setup fee

We charge an initial setup fee. This includes supervising cleaning, staging the property and taking photographs, and setting up your listing online.

- Service fee

 

Our service fee covers:

  • Initial meet up at your property

  • Full appraisal and list of requirements to bring your property up to guest standards. (Please note we do also offer a complete set up, from redecorating, furnishing and supervision, please enquire as all properties costs differ according to individual requirements)

  • Booking cleaners to facilitate a deep clean to prepare your property, including an initial walk through with our cleaners.

  • Time taken shopping for any household supplies and welcome packs.

  • All communication with guests from time of booking, during stay and guest reviews after they have left.

  • House manual provided on arrival guide and hard copy in the property.

  • Local sights on the arrival guide and also a hard copy.

  • Call outs if guests have any issues that need to be resolved during their stay.

  • Inspection and delivery of welcome packs after each cleaning to ensure your property meets guests standards

  • Addressing any issues that are raised in guest feedback, and follow ups if required with booking maintenance.

  • Continual assessment of standard of linen/laundry and furnishing standards.
